You have 14 days from receipt to return a product, without providing any reason.
Conditions for return
The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging with labels.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we will refund you within 14 days.
If you paid with PayPal: refund to the same PayPal account
If you paid Cash on Delivery: refund via bank transfer. We will ask you for your IBAN.
Defective products
If the product is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
